Bottle @ Observatoriet, Voerladegaard. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma of light sourness, light malt, yeast, funk, wood, tart fruit, white grapes. Flavor is light sour, malt, funky, wood, fruity, grapes. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 180125

Tap @ Basement Beer Bar. Medium head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are lactose acid, citrus, fruits, malt and has a nice sour finish.

On tap at Christian Firtal. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Funky aroma with spice, oak and grass. Dry, fruity and spicy flavour with a salty (?) note. Halfway between gose, geuze and grape lambic
