10th August 2024 Panda thanks to Wingman. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth and very slightly viscous palate, but good fine minerally carbonation comes marching in. Light malts, a light creamy sweetness. Lovely hop profile. Light pine into juicy citrus, a little pink grapefruit really elevating things here. Tangerine - mandarin. Touch of soft mango led tropical fruits. Trace of candy fruits. Hop spice starts early and keeps on nibbling long after the swallow. Lovely stuff. Just a juicy hop fruit cocktail with more than an adequate sting in the tail to remind you this is a beer and not a fruit cocktail.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 04/08/24. Hazed orange with a just off white head that veers edgewards. Nose is ripe tropicana, pine resin, grapefruit, pineapple, melon, mango splash. Taste comprises orange pith, mandarin, pine resin, grapefruit, papaya, tropical fruit medley, guava. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with balanced juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness. Solid well balanced DIPA.

- Juicy, tropical fruity and citrusy with some grapefruit, herbal hops, pine, grass, hints of bitterness and sweetness. Quite balanced and tasty. -

Machuchu Party Day! Wasn’t going to imbibe, but the holiday must be celebrated! Nice IPA beer to wind down a long Tuesday. Thanks TQ! Tropical, smooth, little sweetness in the finish.
