440ml can from Noz Lomme. Pours dark brown, good off-white head. Decent malty brown ale.. cake stodge, sweet almost spicy side, solid brown malt base.. nice

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Dark brown, small head. Earthy licorice aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Treacle and earth, caramel and salmiak. Mid bitter finish. And by this, rating #42195, I have completed my Ratebeer marathon. Cheers to the whole community.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Very deep brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is toasted, some cocoa, caramel, quite evident rye tones to it with some mild bready tones too. Flavour is ryebread, some mild toasted toens with mild floral, plummy and mild wooden tones to it.

Can from Rema 1000 at home 17/10/2024 Sweet and roasted malty with notes of cocoa and caramel, brown sugar, coffee chimes, body and mouthfeel is somewhat lacking, also a slightly jarring metallic note into the malty finish.
