Combining elements from classic Belgian Kriek and juicy Beaujolais wines, this is one of our most vibrant, full-flavoured fruited beers to date. Organic Turkish morello cherries were submitted to a process of carbonic maceration, bursting open to reveal the full depth of their distinctive flavour, before blending with four-year aged beer from red wine barrels at a rate of one kilo per litre. Bright, fresh and rich with light funky notes that will develop further over time. Best paired with a random act of kindness.

Bottle. No idea where from. Possibly part of an online seasonal bullshit thing. Fuck knows. BBD November 23. Unbelievable nick this. Pops out the glass with tart fleshy dark cherry. Sweet red wine. Light oak. Taste is tart dry light acetic. Lovely body drinks well easy. Cherry goodness.

Bottle shared at Ganz. Pours deep, opaque ruby with a pink head. Nose is cherries, stonefruits, jammy berries, funk and wood. Acidic. Taste is mid to intense sourness, light to medium funk, showing berries and a lot of cherries, wood and leather, a touch of spicyness. Closes with a sour, funky and fruity finish, has a medium body and average caronation. Lovely.

Bottle split at the Grand Reunion Tasting at MM, Thanks to Fergus, 20/05/21. Vibrant cherry red with a good sized bright crimson covering ... looks the real deal. Nose is big on cherries, funk, damp straw, light smoke, bitter berries, cherry stones. Taste comprises cherry skins, tangy berry fruit compote, light funk, straw, damp oak. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Top level sour action.

Bottle @ N.Y Eve. Thanks Alex. Pours hazy deep red with a pinkish head. Massive cherries. Ripe , sweet and tart. Good funk and a touch of wood. Long finish. Lovely!
