Bottle. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a small white foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is wheat, some apricot, tart fruits with mild yeasty and herbal tones. Flavour is apricot, some mild acidity with a bit wooden and some tartness and mild plummy and peachy tones as well. Nicely dry palate.

Takie foufounowe nieco, zwlaszcza w aromacie. Bardziej lambikowe niz farmhousowe. Bardzo owocowe. W smaku ciut gorzej, ale i tak 4.1. Aha, i gushing wchuj, vide foto

(750ml blend 1 bottle from Mikkeller Webshop) Pours quite hazy medium orange with a small but stable off-white head and lace. Notes of sweet and lightly tart plums, soft red berries, a bit of plum skin, malts with some cereal and soft torrified sweetness, bread, moderate oak, some wet slightly funky hay in the back, mineral crispness, softly sweet and softly tart up front but finishing dry and crisp with some light tannin and plum lingering into the aftertaste. Medium bodied, round with soft effervescent carbonation that fills the mouth. Not super complex but well-balanced and with a particularly pleasant plum quality that I enjoy more than many plum beers.
