Let the darkness show you the light! We built this “country” mild shorter, faster and louder loaded up to the rafters with roasted and crystalized wheats, oats and rye. The nose on this one is brewing baby! It’s like drinking a mug of swiss miss in a 1970s NYC diner. Naturally carbonated, comforting, refreshing, flippin’ breezy. Drink this is quantity and lick your chops. Smells like fresh ground Italian roast coffee beans, hazelnut liqueur, raisinets. Tastes like chocolate coffee candy, dried cherries, cascara, brown sugar, brownie corners with a hint of smoke, a little St. James gate-y.

Draught at Bottle Bar East: pours brownish with a beige head. Aroma is nutty, light caramel. Fine.

Crowler from Twin Elephant, 7/23/22. Dark brown color, thinner head. Roast, nutty, a little grain. Toffee and caramel notes too. Really nice flavor and feel for the low ABV. Great stuff.
