Spojili jsme naše oblíbené chmely Nelson Sauvin a Simcoe, které v pivech vytvářejí velmi specifické chutě – od vína odrůdy sauvignon blanc, angreštu a dalších bobulových plodů, přes tropické tóny guavy a marakuji, až po citrusové nuance růžového grapefruitu a pryskyřičné, konopné tóny. Chuťové dobrodružství podtrhuje plný zákal a střední prokvašení.

We’ve combined two of our favorite hops, Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe, to create some seriously unique flavors in this brew. Expect notes that range from Sauvignon Blanc wine, gooseberries, and mixed berries, to tropical guava and passionfruit, with a hint of pink grapefruit and resinous, dank, herbal vibes. It’s a flavor journey all wrapped up in a hazy pour with a medium fermentation.
