Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are little grain, grass, fruits, malt and hops. Light bitter finish.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2017, [ Great British Beer Festival 2017 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.[ As Yates Islander ].Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, pale malt, light nutty, light earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, fruity malt, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, light earthy, light nutty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20170809] 5-3-6-3-12

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Clear amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light dry and has reasonable carbonation. Smooth light malts, some caramel. Ripe fruits. Little citrus peel. Dry finish. Standard stuff.

Cask at GBBF’17, day one, 08/08/17. Rich amber with a light beige cap. Nose is biscuit, toffee, earthy, straw. Taste comprises leafy hop, spice, straw, biscuit crumble. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close. Ok bitter.

Cask at GBBF. It pours clear golden - amber good white head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, grass, hay, biscuit, earthy, wood and dried fruits. The taste is dry, bitter, earthy, soapy, grainy, damp grass, wood, earth, spice, leather and a twist is citrus with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Great condition, which makes it stand out at gbbf. Not bad.

Sampled @ GBBF 2017, Day 2. A clear copper beer with a small white head. Aroma of nutty hops, caramel, toasted malt. Taste of caramelish malt, nuts mild bitterness, okay.

500ml Bottle - Dark amber/light copper in colour. Peach, caramel, pine and aniseed in the aroma. Fruity, hoppy, nutty and slightly roasted taste with pine, caramel, dried apricot and roasted nuts.
