500ml bottle, kindly shared by djoeye. Spotty lacing from a firm, chalk white head. Close-to-clear golden body. Inviting smell of grassy hops and citrus. Hop fruity taste of pine and grapefruit. Rounded mid-dry bitter ending. Fine depth. Good drinking. (Session with Finn and djoeye, Pivoteka H7, Tromsø 24.08.2019).

Bottle from Vršovická galerie piva, shared with Matija K. and others! Golden body, white head. Dry aroma, light flowery touches, some caramel. Caramelly, herbal, somewhat flowery taste that heads into a dry bitterness. Aggressively bitter, without much payoff in terms of aromatics. Simcoe has known better uses than this...

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat - grain, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, bubble gum - minerals. GBBF Day 2. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light, semi dry and has good fine minerally carbonation. Dry thin malts, semi sweet. Decent orange and orange peel, touch of tangerine pith. Dry crisp finish. Clean and drinkable, if a little dry.
