1291 saw the birth of Cangrande della Scala and this year gives its name to the first beer historically produced by Mastino brewery.

Low fermentation BOHEMIAN PILS beer is produced exclusively by the triple-decoction mashing method. While the nose is fresh and floral, the medium-bodied mouthfeel is suddenly invaded by the particular Tettnanger and Mittelfrüh hops aroma.

Older check-in, shared with Marko and Ogi, thanks. Hazy golden, small off-white head. Slightly off - green apple, soft oxidation, low malt profile and some hops in the aroma. Flavour is white bread or cracker, harsh hoppy note detected. Lively carbonation, light body, light finish, slightly astringent. Gone bad.

Bottled 330ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him and hrabren. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, light grainy nose with whiff of green apple. Malty, grainy, light floral and touch of green apple with short bitterish finish. Pretty average and boring.
