Bottle 0.75l, one year aged. Almost clear, deep gold colored. AROMA- apple, pale grapes, flowery, pale honey, pear, malt, vanilla, camomile. FLAVOR- lightly honey sweet, moderately herbal bitter, strongly camomile, toffee, grapes, pear, apple. Fuller to full bodied.
Really good herb beer.

Tap at Dva Kohouti for the Matuška 15th anniversary event, thanks A&S! Slightly hazy golden body, off-white head. Spicy phenolic aroma, bit floral. Nice taste, citric, spicy, light maltiness, a tad of sticky caramelly maltiness (may well have partly been the honey now that I see the ingredients), but low enough, ending dry and bitterish. This is a pretty serious take at the style, nice!
