Bottle 0.75l, one year aged. Lightly cloudy, pale violet colored. AROMA- aronia-like, klitoria, flowery, herbal. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, lightly sour, slightly bitter, the same as aroma, touch of anise and fennel. Medium bodied.
Tasty, well balanced, very pleasant.

Tap at Salon piva. Rather thin, med-light carbo. Lots of Haslerky, defining the beer. Medium sourness, medium anise, bitterness. Light sweetness. Good balance, easy drinking, not very beery, but a bit beery. Quite good, unique.

Tap at Dva Kohouti for Matuška's 15th anniversary party, huge thanks S&A! Dark purple body, chalky head. Anise and fennel, bit licorice-style in the aroma, even some light berry-like notes. Similar taste, candyish, anise, fennel and some berry notes, light tartness. Literally candy-like in a good way, very much drinkable, which is always nice in a candy sour! Respect!
