Draught at Gold Star: pours clearish gold with white head. Aroma is citrus, bretty funk. Taste is lightly tart, funky, plenty of orange and hints of tropics.

Row 34 draught, 11/17/22. Clear, brassy-blonde, small, off-white head, moderate retention. Spicy saison yeast, light earth, leather, somehow not over hopped to my taste. More saison than hop, quite a bit so. Not juicy and barely any citrus. In the mouth it's heavily Sacch-forward, with lovely plaster, white pepper and light lemon. For heavily hopped from the commercial description, it sure doesn't come across as such. Definitely some light fruitiness and mild bitterness but it complements and melds with the yeast nicely. Malty, soft, dry, clean.
