This is the first of our 'Brewers Reserve Collection. Its Gurt, its rum, its coconutty. Vic successfully conducted one of his experiments with his old oak rum cask with no black sticky explosions . In fact we were saving this for ourselves until Christmas, However Jodie the gaffer was getting twitchy regarding his "cask rotation" and declared "let them have it at Weymouth, and that was how this legendary, multi award winning product was born. We now offer this premium product to you in a bottle.

Cask at GBBF �17, day one, 08/08/17. Light black with a decent tan cap. Nose is sweet coconut milk, chocolate, mellow rum, dark fruit rinds, sweet exhaust. Taste comprises chocolate, Bounty bar, pina colada tickle, mellow roasted notes, rum fudge. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a sweet lash. Decent fun stout.

8th August 2017
GBBF Day 1. Cask. Lightly hazy brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth light palate, modest carbonation. Smooth and sweet dark malts, mild dark chocolate. Lots of sweet coconut. Mellow rum soaked fruits. Smooth semi dry finish. Comes together well. Sweet but very drinkable.

Sampled @ GBBF 2017, Day 1. A dark brown beer with a small off-white head. Aroma sweet Coconut, dark malt. Taste of sweet coconut, sugar, Chocolate, Lactose.

Cask at the GBBF 2017. Day 1. 08/08/2017.. A clear nut brown coloured pour with a lasting light tan head. Aroma is sweet coconut, sun tan lotion, brown malts,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet rounded, coconut, vanilla, creamy, Palate is medium. Creamy. Ok. Good fun.
