12/7/2023. Cask pour shared by minutemat, cheers. Pours clear pale golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma malt, green hops, herbs, grapefruit, vanilla, flowers. Moderate sweetness and quite heavy bitterness. Light body, slightly watery, soft carbonation.

Handpull cask at the Old Horse, Leicester. Light gold and clear with a decent if slightly loose white head. White grapefruit, hay, some grassy character in the aroma. Bittersweet taste with a more pronounced bitterness in the finish. More citrus in the aftertaste. A decent enough beer, slightly better than I'd anticipated.

Third by cask, second day of GBBF Winter 20, Astbury Bar. Shared with Finn. Bubbly head, dotted spots on the nose, clear late straw coloured body. Moderate smell of floral hops, dry. Ripe fruity flavours backed by peaches and by bread-like malts. Hints of oily bitterness to the ending. Satisfying. (Birmingham 05.02.2020).

På GBBF Winter 2020 i Birmingham. Delt med Rune. Gylden. 0 skum. Lett grapefruktaroma. Smaken søt grapefrukt. Tørr bitter avslutning.

Cask @ The Tiddly, Ellerdine. Pours slowly clearing gold, white froth atop. Aroma has some mild grapefruit, citrus. Taste is hoppier than expected for Rowton, perhaps a day or two past its freshest but generally nicely rounded with moderate resin.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2017, [ Great British Beer Festival 2017 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.[ As Rowton Area 51 ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, citrus, light to moderate hoppy, fruity, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, fruity hops, citrus, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
