Shaker pint drat at Tipsy Cactus TapRoom & Bottle Shop in Mesa, Arizona. The pour is a clear golden with fine carbonation bubbles rising up to a foamy white head. Pretty beer. The aroma is fresh cracker malt, bread and noble hops. The taste is clean pilsner malt and earthy noble hops along with a soft delicate floral. The palate is light bodied with active carbonation and a floral mineral finish. Tasty pils.

9/VIII/25 - 44cl can from the Outer Range taproom (Sallanches, FR), shared with Bryan @ Bryan & Crystal’s place, nearing the end of our Schwarzwald holiday, BB: 23/VI/26 (2025-772)

Clear gold blond beer, small creamy dense white head, unstable, dissipates quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, cow fodder, caramel, sweet impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet malty start, hoppy, grains, gentle bitterness, quite some citrus. Aftertaste: malty, sweet, some ripe banana, caramel, a gentle bitterness. Ok, not great.

Pint Can. Pours a slightly hazy piss yellow color with a small fizzy white head . The aroma is rather weak and indistinct with some faint cereal grains and a touch of citrus. The flavor was equally understated with weak grain and citrus notes. Bitterness is mild. The palate was light and over-carbonated with fizzy/prickly carbonation. Finishes short and forgettable.
