NE IPA with Hibiscus Petals
Relax, Summit, Cascade. Hibiscus Petals added during dry hopping

Coming out screaming pink, this beer starts off with aromas of strawberries, hibiscus, chamomile, and a back hint of lemon. The flavors compliment those aromas with an array of hibiscus, raspberry, and herbal tea throughout. All combined you have a refreshing blast of flavors to help cool you down as you are strutting around town in your pink pedal pushers.

473 ml can, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.9%. Cloudy pink colour, moderate coarse head slightly off-white. Aroma of hibiscus, fruity hops, sour berries and herbal tea. The flavour is fruity but not too sweet, slightly acidic, with hibiscus and fruity hops again, and moderate but fairly distinct bittering hops in the finish. Refreshing.

Can 473ml (Mikkeller web)
Hazy pinky colour, small pinky head and lace. Aroma has strawberry and hibiscus. Light to medium-bodied. Strawberries, raspberry, herbal hibiscus bitterness. Slick, berryish, herbal flavour. I am not a big fan but kind of tolerable.

(473ml can from Mikkeller Webshop) Pours opaque dark slightly muddy pink with an average pink-white head and spotty lace. Aroma of strawberry, hibiscus, potpourri, lemon/white grapefruit, wheat, light herbs. Flavour is rather light strawberry and raspberry, quite floral, hibiscus, slight soapiness, herbal/floral 'tea', touch of wheat, citrus hints around the edges (lemon mostly). Very lightly sweet up front, quite dry through the middle into the finish, powdery, light astringency. Light body, soft carbonation. More hibiscus beer than IPA to me, but a pleasant hibiscus beer so that's quite okay.
