Chupacabra is a beautiful thick and oily imperial pastry stout whose base was resting on tonka beans and coconut.
The main story is 140 kilograms of thick sour cherry puree, which we added during the fermentation phase. The idea was to get fine liqueur-like notes of cherry, together with some acid that would balance the sweetness of the base and adjuncts.
It's complex, with prominent aroma and flavors of chocolate, vanilla, almond, coconut and cherry... It's a dark pitch beauty.

Canned, 500 ml at Ambasada. Black with brownish head. Some chocolate, light fruity notes, spicy, sweetish, bit roasty, quite messy, but not a disaster. Not easy to drink.

Can from Spicy Days as I discovered I have SOMEHOW not rated it before and would have easily missed it if I didn't randomly check. Shared with Cloin, Dave, Leigh, Rafa and BGB folks. Wow. Pitch black body, very, veeery dark brown-grey, thick head, impressive! Coconut and tonka in the aroma. Creamy tart taste, roasty dark malt, coconut again, lightly metallic sour cherries, some cocoa notes. Really creamy, bit much even and there's some light alcohol burn, but overall, it's not a bad beer! Just a bit much.

Canned 500ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Pitch black coloured, medium sized dark brown head, tonka and light coconut in the nose. Roasted malt, coconut, tonka and sourish cherry taste with some alcohol in the finish. Unbalanced because of sour cherries which only bother here. Oily and bit hard to drink.
