Bottle. Pours cloudy dark chestnut with small white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, grapes, raisins, cinnamon and yeast. Taste is very sweet and light bitter. Body is oily with soft carbonation. Finish is medium long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, caramel, malt syrup, raisins, brown sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and hints of pepper. Too much cardamom. It becomes a bit nauseating.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is floral, nectary and some sweet malty tones with some clove and cinnamon. Flavour is clove, cinnamon, dried fruits, some nectar and mild sweet malty tones.

ABV: 7.9%. Clear medium to dark amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dried fruit, moderate to light heavy yeasty, fruity yeast, belgian yeast, candy, sweet yeast, spicy, cinnamon, clove, cardamom. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, belgium yeast, spicy, licorice - anis seed, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, candy, sweet yeast, fruity yeast, candy - sweet yeast, dusty touch. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20240104]
