Bottle @ Don’t want anything to do with carnaval tasting. Clear orange copper color, average sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste wheat, sweetish, lightly yeasty, a touch of banana. Ok body and carbonation. Hmm drinkable.

(Bottle, 0.5 l - BB 19.01.16, at Gastropub Praha, 20151230) The beer poured cloudy and muddy orange coloured. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had banana, clove, caramel and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, clove, sweetness, grass and low bitterness. Afteraste was sweet, grassy and bitter. A surprisingly thin weizenbock.

Butelka: Copper to amber coloured, cloudy ,stable off-white creamy head; dark berries, shy traces of alcohol, wheat and caramel in the yeasty nose; medium to full bodied, not soft, almost solid sweet-sourish flavour; sweet jam, alcohol and yeast in the finish. Not bad, but not really convincing…

(bottle) Hazy, deep amber to brown colour with a firm and thick, slightly tanned foamy head. Yeasty fruit-accented aroma with notes of apricots, berries, banana, backed by a mildly whwaty and phenolic spicy touch. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Mildly wheat-character, slightly sugary malty base with present fruity notes, a tad like fruit confit, mildly spicy notes in the background; sweet and fruity finish with a delicately sour-tart note and a well-covered alcoholic strength. Okay. 29.XII.14

Malty-smooth beginning. Lots of clove, spicy without fruit. Like the Weizen in the groundtaste. Malty sweetness there on top, spicy clove, fresh and smooth, not too sweetish. Nice mild yeast, smooth and easy to drink. A bit of yellow fruit in the aftertaste (pears, apples), which fit in very well! Great and smooth beer!

500ml bottle. Murky, dark amber colour with average, frothy, off-white head. Spicy, yeasty aroma, some clove and mustard, underlying bready wheaty and minimally fruity notes, banana, baked banana, apple. Taste is slightly sweet wheat malty, slightly bready, some banana, a spicy touch of mustard, dry hoppy overtones with hints of green apple and apple parings; minimally watery. Nice spiciness, slightly weak on the fruity side.

0,5 l bottle from Bierzwerg. New label art design. Pours out dark unclear orange, light tanned massive head. Low wheat, yeast and clove on the nose. Starts with a mid bitterness, banana, yeast, light alcoholic. Later more fruity with hidden alcohol, hints of vanilla and influences of roasted malt. Nice one!
