Burk Dipa provning krokius. God men extrem öl. Smååå jävla bubblor ja kolsyran perfekt.

Can @ Mikkeller, Odense. 2018. Pours slight unclear yellow with a white head. Pine, grapefruit and caramel malts. Full bodied. In a month a really good Barley Wine. Smooth. Really old school. Peachy hoppy lasting finish. Cool.

29/IV/19 - 1Pt. can from De Caigny (Essen) @ home, BB: n/a - (2019-660) Thanks to Didi for sharing the can!
Pretty clear orange beer, small creamy yellowish head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: bit oxidized, hoppy, bit resinous, lots of caramel malts, orange peel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of alcohol, pretty bitter, bit resinous, orange peel, hoppy. Aftertaste: bit oxidized, sweet malts, alcohol, hoppy, bit resinous, some tropical fruits, more bitterness, some grapefruit, nice stuff. A bit too old, but makes for a nice hoppy Barley Wine style beer now. Too bad there's no date on the can…

Tap at Mikkeller NYC. A bit hazy orange colour, steady white head and lace. Light nose has lychee and apricot, perhaps some alcohol. Medium-bodied. Lychee, apricot, tropical fruits and a good amount of alcohol over faint maltyness. Rough.

500ml can from Mikkeller General Store in Copenhagen. Cloudy golden body, pearl white head, clingy lacing. Appealing smell of apricot and ripe orange. Taste of dried fruits and almond overrun by alcohol. Warming, alcoholic ending. Disappointing taste profile. (Shared at a session with TheCellarer, Snegurochka and Finn, Tromsø 09.03.2019).

Spandert av Rune. Delt med ham, Snegurochka og TheCellarer på Nerstranda. Varm gylden. Uklar. Filmskum. Lett fruktaroma. Smaken søt alkoholisk. Bare det. Kanskje litt vanilje etter hver. Tørr alkoholisk avslutning.

Can @ home. Clear yellow color, medium to full sized white head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma is filled with loads of dank hops. Flavor is malts, heavily hoppy, dank hops, some alcohol, a bit resinous. In all ways a little over the top I think. A little too much of the dank hops, a little too sweet, a little too boozy. Decent.
