14/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener tasting. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a few small white bubbles. Aroma is woody, herbal, citrus, yeast. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with light sours. Medium body, oily and watery, average carbonation. Enjoyable.

ABV: 8.8%. Clear with smal particles, medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, leather, yeast, funk, grapes, tart - sour. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, grapes, funky, yeast, tart - sour, oak - barrel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230114]
