Bottle bought from the brewery stall at Walton Farmers Market. Aroma is fruity with big cacao streak. Seems like it should be more than 6.5%. Darkest brown. A tad murky. Thick foamy beige head. Medium bitter cacao - more nighttime drink than slab of chocolate. Sour edge. Initially yue initial elements seemed short-lived to reveal a boring damp malty core. However cherry gradually developed some character as the beer warmed up. Medium bodied. Slick to oily. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Decent but has a soggy bottom.
