Can at home picked up from CW online. translucent yellow straw, coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is nice expressive yeast character, floral, light wheat, banana, clove, gooey banana bread. Flavour is composed of soft bready wheat, spicy mineral finish, spicy clovey phenols, zesty, Palate is light and crisp, mineral , highish prickly carbonation. Nice Fresh Weisse. 3.7 Can at home picked up from CW online. 2023 5.2% version. A light hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is loose wheat, spicy clove, phenols, leafy hop, Flavour is composed of loose what, bready grains, spicy clove, mineral, Palate is slighly harsh, drying mineral, abrasive carbonation. 3.6

Can at home in Hackney - cheers to Fergus for procuring. Pours lightly hazed yellow-gold, effervescent, with a frothy, pure white head. Light to medium sweet flavour, some simple wheat, cardamon, mild citrus zest, low bitterness, fresh wheat bread, lemon rind. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with more fresh wheat bread, a little dough, hay, lemon peel. Enjoyable, easy-drinking bier.

Can at home, from CW online thanks to Fergus for the drop, 03/10/21. Moderately hazed orange with a good sized white cap. Nose is banana, lemon zest, grass, herb, grains, yeast esters, light perfume. Taste comprises lemon rind, herb, straw, yeast esters, clove, banana bread, crisp malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid on point Hefe.
