To Øl Christmas Calendar 2021, beer 1! Pours a hazy yellow with loads of head, big foamy head as well. Aroma is very citrusy and estery. I get loads of lemon, lime, bitter orange, sime pine and banana, which jibes a bit with the hops. Medium body. Flavour is malty with the wheat being rather prominent, grain comes through. Estery and hoppy, again pine, lemon, lime, grapefruit, banana and maybe some passion fruit. Interesting stuff, though this might ironically be better suited for summer! Gradually the Mosaic and Simcoe come through a bit more and become rather prominent, especially in the finish; this might actually be better after it has warmed up a bit.

0,44l can from To Öl Christmas Calendar, #1. BBE 14.09.2022. Totally murky orange beer with very nice and thick, stable cloudy head. Aroma has nice citrus, pine and hoppy fruity notes. Flavor has wheat and fruity hops too, but in much more lighter way. Not very bitter, bit dry, quite high carbonation. Body is medium to light, even bit watery overall.

Thx to Zinni for this can. Murky, golden color and a nice white head. Wheaty, yeasty nose with fruity-citric aroma. Juicy taste, rather hoppy for an wheat, but really nice.

Can picked up from Tø Ol, Denmark, consumed at home Sunday 20th June 2021 after a lovely weekend with Ele, Vangelis and the boys about to cook Asparagus Lasagna. Pours murky gold with a white head. A very fruity wheat, lots going on, tastes far stronger than 6%, yes its a wheat beer but definitely different, very hoppy.

440ml can Chez Sophie. Hazed pale gold appearance, good white head. Aroma is fairly tame, some light citrus fruit. Smooth, wheaty palate, mellow melon fruits with some mild floral moments. Ok

Bottle. Pours hazy lightish straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops and fruit, with malty and estery touches. Bitter, hoppy and grassy flavour with notes of yeast and touches of malt and fruit. Spicy, peppery aftertaste with estery and malty notes. High carbonation. Decent, well-balanced and satiating.

Bottle, 6.0%. Weak papery and perfumy aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is quite bitter, a little astringent with a faint yeast note in the finish. Mild citric hop note. Good mouthfeel.
