Vertige est brassée avec une combinaison de houblons néo-zélandais (Nelson Sauvin et Motueka) et américain (Citra). C'est la jonction de trois houblons que nous aimons particulièrement pour leurs caractères uniques.

(473ml can from Luc, thanks!) Pours quite cloudy deep yellow with a decent off-white foam cap and a little lace. Aroma is bright, floral, leafy and a bit dank as you'd expect from the hops involved with melon, papaya, mango, white grape, nice leafy herbal freshness with subtle cannabis, sweet juicy pit fruit, some lychee muskiness too, brioche, lightly peppery citrus zest. Flavour is moderately sweet up front, juicy with some solid leafy floral components again; notes of melon, papaya, lime and grapefruit zest, green mangoes, rich leafy hops with a bit of herbal depth and moderate dankness, oaty brioche malt core, the full floral musk of lychee in the midde towards the finish, which is drying with light alcohol warmth and light bitterness. Flavours in the finish and aftertase of peppery lime/grapefruit zest, lychee, papaya, fresh leaves and a little cannabis. Quite full-bodied with filling creamy carb and an oaty chewiness, moderate carbonation. Boss TIPA, this is so balanced for 10% and the hop profile is straight fire.

Pours a cloudy golden colour with a frothy white cap, decent lace and a thick creamy ring. Interesting aromas of citrus zest, but with some skunkiness and hints of brunt tree branches and cilantro. The mouthfeel is slick, almost creamy with some nice dryness in the finish. The flavours are citrus fruits with what seems to be a little spicy bite from the hops (Motueka?). Good grassiness all around. Yes, this is an interesting smooth triple IPA that goes down very well.

473mL can, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out dank hops upfront, with lots of citrus, some pine, and tropical fruits. Flavour is beautiful, with lots of dank hops, citrus, pine and resinous all in beautiful cohesion. Beautifully constructed.

Can: Poured a cloudy/hazy color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and good lacing. Aroma of juicy citrusy hops undertones with light tropical fruit and faint fusel notes. Taste is a great mix of citrusy notes with some faint hops undertones and tropical notes, dank hops notes with light warming alcohol notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Superb triple IPA even though some light fusel alcohol notes are perceptible.

A hazed milky yellow DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, tropical fruit, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with piney hops, pineapple, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at brewery.
