Bottle 18/05/2024 Malmö May 2024 tasting at Palace Hall - sour fruity with lots of floral and herbal accents in play, light to medium body, delicate herbal and floral with elderflower into the finish.

bottle. Color: Hazy pale golden, large white head. Aroma: Elderflower, citrus and funky hints. Taste: Light to moderate tart, again a lot of floral elderflower, some citrus, lime. Funky hints and some wood. Light sweetness. Just under medium body. Just above average carbonation. Fizzy. Dry-ish finish. A bit thin. Mwah. Maybe still a bit too young... I've had far better elderflower Geuze.
