33cl bottle from Abbaye Sainte-Madeleine du Barroux, France. Head is big, egg-white, average retention. Colour is deep gold, light hazy. Aroma is apples, banana, spicy, honey, berries. Taste is full malty base, red apples, banana, herbal, bready, spicy, nice balanced harmonic bitterness, medium carbonation, very nice, enjoyed for sure.

Das letzte Bier einer Klosterprodukte-Bestellung 💒 aus Frankreich. Es ist ein starkes Tripel mit intensiven Alkohol- und Scotch-Aromen 🥃. Dadurch kommen die eigentlich schönen Gewürznoten nicht so zur Geltung, wie sie es verdienen würden. Kein schlechtes Bier, aber ich hätte mir mehr erwartet 😐
