Racoons and Milk Stouts don't get enough love, and we think that's a darn shame! That friendly, chonky critter you catch chicken pickin' his heart out back behind the Cracker Barrel dumpster at 2am? - Just give him the gorbage! Don't haul it away. You don't need it, but he does. And that perfectly simple, flavorful milk stout you brushed aside while looking for those bold and noisy pastry stouts in the cooler? - Cut that out! Think about what you're doing there, bucko. Milk Stouts are every bit as "hot damn" delicious and it's time we celebrate em'. You give those trash pandas your gorbage and we'll keep on giving the world old-fashioned, timeless beer styles like this one. Deal?

Black with small brown head and mild effervescence. Milk, chocolate malt, ash, and hay aroma. Mildly sweet creamy milk chocolate malt, and mildly bitter dry hay and ash flavor. Body a bit light.

Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a one and a half fingers of off-white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: milk chocolate, coffee beans, some light vanilla beans, roastiness
Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas together sweetly and bringing in the roasty tones for a subtle balance; mild aftertaste of coffee beans and milk chocolate
Texture: medium bodied, between sessionable and being a sipper; some smoothness along the tongue; finishes milk chocolatey and coffee-ish
Overall: I feel like this milk/sweet stout is trying not to go too far being too sweet but it somewhat does. I do believe I like this enough to come back to.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Near black, small head, Aroma of dark berries, tobacco and milk chocolate. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel, Tobacco, toffee and milk chocolate, some licorice. Mid bitter finish.

Refrigerated pint can poured into a glass. Black with small beige head. Aroma is milk chocolate, medium body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is milk chocolate , but a little dry.

16oz can pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice rich roast malts some chocolate and coffee. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate roast malts coffee and some ash.

Thanks fonefan! Pitch black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is toffee, nutty, some herbal grainy, lactose, mild roasted tones. Flavour is chocolaty, some nutty, herbal, lactose and mild old coffee tones.
