Bottle. Pours clear hazel, small beige head, decent lacing. Aroma is caramel, toffee, bourbon, port, oak. Flavor is medium sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body.

Capped 12 oz from the brewery. Pours clear darkish amber with a slight tan head that left quickly. Aroma of nice rich malt with a rye note. Med body or so. Flavor is the aroma with some wood and red wine aspects. Not very sweet, and not bitter. It's just a smooth delicious ale.
