For this one-off Pilsner, we experimented with the use of a high proportion of wheat to provide a soft, pillowy body as a counterpoint to the bold citrus characteristics and pithy bitterness delivered by classic US hops. It offers flavours of orange, lemon and grapefruit, supported by a lasting wheat character.
