Brave and Adventurous Saloon Lager

Our friends at Big Nose Kate inspired us to brew a beer that pairs perfectly with their whiskey, featuring some of the same grains they use. With this we made a light Vienna-style lager with Weyermann’s Barke Pilsner, Vienna and Rye malts paired with Hallertau Tradition & Willamette hops. Look for notes of fresh baked bread, subtle rye spice and a mildly citrusy hop finish. Swing those saloon doors open, cue the piano music and grab pint & a shot!
