Bouteille 33cl @ Lemmy’s, Leiden. BB 04/2016 - eventhough the waiter claimed that Haltbar bis, meant bottled on in German. Dorée sur un léger trouble, col blanc. Arôme au nez finement fleurie t houblonné rappelant bien un style US, et ce malgré l’age de la bouteille. Malt pils, grains avec un fini plutôt noble. Palais est léger et amer, houblonné américain, agrumes avec tout de même un caractère un peu passé au niveau de la levure. Reste assez bonne, noble sur l’approche Hallertauer ponctuée par le Citra. Le tout ayant aussi une petite note anglaise.

Bottle at Lemmy’s, Leiden. Poured a hazy light amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast, mineral, grassy hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light watery mineral, earthy refreshing light fruit, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Straight from bottle at Munich station. Pale color, clear, foamy. Aroma of lager malts grass and American hops. Light to medium body strong carbonation. Taste light bitterness a bit salty. Dry aromatic finish.

Clear amber with little white head. Aroma is lychee, apple, but also some sweet grains. Taste is the typical helles bitterness paired with the resin like IPA bitterness and again sweet grains. medium body. Actually not as easy to drink as advertised. Still interesting and enjoyable.

A lightly hazed golden pils with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with Czech floral hops, resinous and smooth, light citrus, nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. Bottle at Mondial 2016.

May ’15. A 0.33 l bottle from Getränke Walter store, Munich. It poured hazy honey-golden body with a small head. Lightly hoppy aroma qith pleasant elderflower and citrus notes. Lightly bitter flavor like mountain herbal tea, lightly sweet like candies. Thinner in body, although still tasty. Shorter finish. A well made little summer beer, very refreshing and enjoyable at the time.
