Pilsner malt, flaked wheat and oats form the base of this beer. Hopping with Brewers Gold, Savinjski Goldings, and Chinook compliment the Grains of Paradise added late in the boil. A cool fermentation lets all of the ingredients shine – the result: a soft, fruity, fluffy and delicious rendition of a Saison.

440ml can, a gift from my son Ben. Poured into my huge Judas glass at home on 1st July 2025. Belgian yeasty aroma with a herbal and pepper twist, clouded amber body, white affair on top that didn't last long. Taste was yeasty with a slight farmyard funkiness, liked it.

Bottle. Unclear golden body with a light off-white head that fades. Nice fruity aroma, citric fruit, pepper and spicy Saison yeast. Gives a true to style kind of farmhouse impression, slightly funky with no sourness. Flavor is super refreshing, citric fruit, oranges, herbs and spicy yeast. Fine balanced body and a bit dry in aftertaste. This is a damn nice Saison.

440ml. can @home, 22/08/2024 [#7.627 Global - #934 England - #5 Lost And Grounded] Pours unclear pale golden with a white head. Aroma: spiced malts, clove, grapefruit and herbal hops. Taste: spiced malts, yeast and herbal hops. Cloying palate. Next one, please!

Can from Vino Wines. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of straw, white pepper and earth. Flavour of yeast, subtle spices and white bread. Medium body with a smooth texture. Light fizz. A tasty and interesting yeast-forward beer.

440ml can. Poured a hazy golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, saison yeast. The flavour is dry yeasty bitter, with a crisp, herbal, earthy, floral hop palate and a long yeasty bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Very smooth.

440ml can from Superette, Swain’s Lane, London on 30th January 2021. Pours hazy orangey amber with thick, loose off-white foam rapidly diminishing, and spot lacing. Malty aroma with with candied citrus fruits and pungent spices. Sweet fruits, spices and sweet malts in-mouth, and a finish of spiced fruits. Full bodied with an engaging texture. Well crafted.

[44cl can from Beer52 at 6.5% ABV.] A hazy amber pour with a loose white head; aroma of banana and yeast; full-bodied with sour grains and fruit; then a dry finish with some banana and cloves, and a gentle warmth. Very moreish.

Tight white foamy head stayed on an unclear pale gold body. Yeast & spiced aroma. Medium bodied, airy over the tongue with a cloying back. Herbal, hoppy, pith, grapefruit, spices & bitter citrus tastes with a long tangy finish. It's a good one.
