Citra Flash Mob is an India Pale Ale brewed with predominantly Citra hops along with a very small amount of Amarillo and Simcoe to round out the rough edges an all Citra IPA can sometimes have.
This aromatic and refreshing India Pale Ale has a deep straw color with minimal sweetness and a moderately bitter finish. Citra Flash Mob IPA displays dominant citrus notes (orange, grapefruit, lime, and lemon), moderate stone fruit (peach), moderate pine, moderate tropical (pineapple), and low cantaloupe notes.

Bottle drunk at our Airbnb on the last night before heading north from SD towards SF, after returning from Stone Liberty. Pretty clear amber, moderate head. Fantastic mandarine and lemon nose, the flavor is a wee bit dank with some peach aftertaste. Super smooth bitterness as expected from this brewery. I could drink it all night!

500mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Nose is exactly as a blonde IPA should be: loads of pine, gentle floral notes, and a very thin layer of biscuity malt. Flavour is full of fresh cat pissy hops, bright pine, light floral and citrus, and a crisp biscuity malt to balance. Bright, fresh, great expression of the citra. Excellent.

Draft pour pint at Elliott Bay Pizza. A light, mostly clean, and shiny golden appearance. Thin, oily patch head. Citrus soft, grassy hop nose. Crisp taste up front. Citrus hops with a bitter rind lingering finish. Straw, amd biscuit malts hide behind the sturdy hop assignment. Finishes on a bite, but is far from being to harsh. Don't know if I could call it as good as some of the more famous RR IPAs, but this one is solid if you want a change from the usual go to.

Capped 500 from Nugget Market in Woodland, CA. Pours gold with a large fluffy white head. Aroma is very citrus. Med body. Well towards dry. Strongly bitter - but smooth. Flavor is citrus, but there's some orange identifiably present. Almost astringent. Almost zest. Good flavor!
