Bottle.
A- Dark mahogny color, dark liquid, no head.
A- Booze, maple, malty.
F- Maple, rye, mild cinnamon, oak, mild booze.
T- Medium body, slightly thin texture, average carbonation, slightly boozy finish.
O- Nice maple throughout and some rye but otherwise I felt this was just not quite where it should be. Had the 2022 at 3 years old. Good but not quite top tier for me.

Appearance: dark brown with a tan head
Aroma: whiskey, woody, caramel, vanilla, maple, rye
Flavor: medium sweetness
Texture: light carbonation, creamy feel, full body, long finish

Light brown color. Big malty sweetness with lots of bourbon, maple, funky Belgian yeast and stone fruit. Super smooth palate with tons of caramel, maple bourbon, oak and stewed oranges. Super smooth alcohol well hidden. Full body. Excellent.

Draft. Black beer with a tan head. Dark fruit and light yeast aroma. Dark fruit and bourbon flavor with light yeast. Medium bodied. Dark fruit and light yeast linger with bourbon and maple.

Bottle. Pours clear mahogany, small beige head, some lacing. Aroma is bourbon, toffee, vanilla. Flavor is medium plus sweet, light bitter, really well integrated. Merlin body. Excellent 5,9,8,5 18

Bottle from the brewery. Pours dark brn/blk with a slight, transient tan head. Red glints. Aroma of rye spice, darkish malt and a maple note. Flavor starts with a little maple, then quickly displays a lot of rye spice. Malt is dark - like quad or maybe barleywine. Neither dry nor sticky. Heat lurks beneath the flavors. Flavor is exquisite.
