Alpaca fleece is the fibre harvested from the coat of an alpaca. A soft, luxurious and silky natural fibre, it is similar to sheep’s wool but warmer, naturally water repellent and less prickly. The mill in the centre of our homeland was innovative enough to recognise the value of Alpaca wool in the 1800s. You could say Alpacas built the village in which we are based!

Our Alpaca DDH IPA is every bit as premium and luxurious as the animal fibre. Expect strong tropical hop aromas on the nose. Initial flavours of guava and melon are followed by the appearance of honey from the malt. Crisp and punchy, the tropical fruits are well balanced with a dry, bitter finish.

Fra fat på Apollon, sammen med Håkon: uklar korngylden med fint skum som varer helt ned.Tropiske frukter, lactose, søt citrus og fersken. Saftig og med en velgjørende mersmak.

Can picked Sainsburys, Hereford consumed at Isobels' Spond, nr Kington, Herefordshire Thursday 5th May 2022, Loz and Isobel are making Schnitzel, listening to Steve Lamaq and roundtable on 6 Music. Pours light hazy yellowy gold with a white head, fruity and juicy with a little bit too much sweetness, tropical touches, overripe fruit, and some confectionery touches. Good, just a little sweet.

Can shared at tasting. Hazy yellow color, huge sized white head. Aroma and flavor are lightly malts, fruity, oaty a bit perhaps and citrusy, tropical lightly. Not bad.

Keg draught at the Two-Tailed Lion. Golden brown and murky with an off-white head leaving loads of lacing. Malty aroma, some papaya and some stone fruit. Sweet taste, malty with notes of fig and some tropical fruit. Its not the joose bomb I was expecting. It's deeper than that.

Cloudy golden beer, thick frothy head. Smells of grapefruit and grassy hop. Flavour has the same qualities with a little bittersweet, zesty citrus, dry hops. Crisp, fresh and fruity with a nice dry finish. Very decent,.
