We haven't brewed a beer with our friends at Track for ages so this has been a long time in coming. And it is worth the wait. This big luscious stout is like a decadent dessert packed full of delights that were layered in at various stages of the brewing process. Starting out with a complex malt bill to which we added Cacao husks to boost those delicious chocolate aromas. Then we conditioned the beer on cacao nibs, coffee and Madagascan vanilla to create a thick mocha like beer that is smooth and sweet. This one clocks in at 11% and is full of caramel, toffee, chocolate and vanilla flavours.
