A fruited and bruted DIPA, brewed with our buddies at Verdant. Packed full of raspberries & blackberries and lashings of hops. This was a pretty experimental beer and we are super happy with the results. Hops on the nose with plenty of autumnal fruits, a slight acidity mixed with big fruit hits and rounding out with a delicate dry finish.

Hasy raspberry colour beer, very small pink head. Palate is light and has a fine minerally crispness. Barely noticeable malt base here. The Champagne vibe is prominant here, tangy and slightly bitter grape works well with a light and very mildly tart raspberry. There isn't very much in the way of citric hop here but there is plenty of cooling pine. Light finish. Was a little dubious about this but it comes together nicely, belies it's abv and is very drinkable.

Tap. Beer Stop, Dronfield. Deep, raspberry red. Medium haze. Fine, off white head. Nose has pulped citrus. Some resin. Raspberry jelly. Some pineapple notes. Nicely fruity. Taste has a light, raspberry jelly sweetness, turning moderately bitter with piny and oily hop. Medium body with fine, crisp carbonation. Drinks scarily easy at the hefty ABV. It’d be easy to do this by the pint, in fact. Fruity and light bitter finish. Very nice.

Keg at the Experiment - Hackney. Pours mostly clear gold-russet with a frothy topping. Interesting stuff, definitely has some dried berries, piney hops, rindy bitterness. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Only mild warmth in the finish, suggestions of blackberry, restrained pine, orange rind. Bit of a novelty but it drinks well for the ABV.
