All of our beers have 700 years of tradition of Grodzisk beer brewing. We’re always seeking new beer challenges, creating new recipes and finding original additions. Originality is our tradition. Grodzisk White IPA is hopped cold, with German Hallertau Blanc, American Equinox, and Japanese Sorachi Ace. This cosmopolitan hop combination builds a citrus-tropical beer profile and has hints of fruit and flowers. Sencha Earl Grey tea leaves are added at the end of the fermentation, invigorating our White IPA with a hint of tea and touch of bergamot.

Sampled @ Festival Dobrego Piwa Wroclaw 2018. A slightly hazy golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of dry grassy hops, wheat malt. Taste of yeasty yellow fruits, pineapple, citrus, wheat.

50 cl bottle. Pours cloudy yellow. Small white head. Aroma is mild herbal, spiced. Slight estery. Spiced, medium dry. Light estery. Bitter and mild spiced finish. More a belgian wit than ipa.

Bottle, 6.0%. Teaish coriander aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is teaish, starts off with a fairly high bitterness, but not too high. Has a little grassy aroma hop, mostly tastes of coriander. Clean and refreshing.

Some pine and a little bread yeast. Pours golden with ok head and lacing. Bitter finish like getting a ticket for public drinking in Poland after the freedom of surrounding countries. Bottle on the train to Wroclaw.

Bottle. Pours hazy straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of hops and yeast, with notes of herbs and touches of malt. Hints of banana. Bitter flavour of hops and needles, with notes of yeast malt and touches of some herbs. Bitterish and estery aftertaste with herbal notes. A nice one.

Slightly pale gold in color. High head. Bit foggy. In aroma there are: bubble gum, roses, citrus fruits, multivitamin. Well balanced taste. Very good beer.

500ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with small, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, slightly smoky, malty background with hints of spruce, notes of toasted peach, mango, some gooseberry, a perfumed touch of lemon. Taste is fruity hoppy, minimally smoky, notes of lemon, gooseberry, some peach, a touch of mango and spruce.

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Browar Grodzisk Grodziska White IPA ].Unclear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate hoppy, flowers, perfume, grass, artificial, spicy, dill - mint. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet tea - flowers, spicy, wheat, fruity, dill - mint. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180202] 6-3-6-3-12
