All of our beers have 700 years of tradition of Grodzisk beer brewing. We’re always seeking new beer challenges, creating new recipes and finding original additions. Originality is our tradition. Grodzisk White IPA is hopped cold, with German Hallertau Blanc, American Equinox, and Japanese Sorachi Ace. This cosmopolitan hop combination builds a citrus-tropical beer profile and has hints of fruit and flowers. Sencha Earl Grey tea leaves are added at the end of the fermentation, invigorating our White IPA with a hint of tea and touch of bergamot.

Złota barwa, piana szybko ulatuje. W aromacie wyczuwalne nuty herbaciane ale jakoś niezbyt intensywnie. W smaku minimalnie cytrusowe, wyczuwalne nuty Sorachi Ace oraz Earl Grey'a. Goryczka na niskim poziomie, nasycenie na średnim. Szczerze nie wiem skąd takie wysokie oceny od innych użytkowników, podejrzewam że są to oceny sponsorowane.

bottle from eBrowarium. Hazy yellow with a tall white head. Fruity-teal-like nose. Medium-bodied, malty base with a very faint touch of smoke, lots of fruity hops ond, most of all, bergamot and green tea flavours, almost mint like. A very nice and unusual beer, perfect after an afternoon of shovelling snow in the drive.

50cl bottle from a Warsaw night shop shared with Kermis. Thin white head. Cloudy blond pour. Light bitterness.

7 3 7 3 14Bottle shared with Deanso. Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, green weeds, floral notes and tropical fruits. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled @ Festival Dobrego Piwa Wroclaw 2018. A slightly hazy golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of dry grassy hops, wheat malt. Taste of yeasty yellow fruits, pineapple, citrus, wheat.

50 cl bottle. Pours cloudy yellow. Small white head. Aroma is mild herbal, spiced. Slight estery. Spiced, medium dry. Light estery. Bitter and mild spiced finish. More a belgian wit than ipa.
