All of our beers have 700 years of tradition of Grodzisk beer brewing. We’re always seeking new beer challenges, creating new recipes and finding original additions. Originality is our tradition. Grodzisk White IPA is hopped cold, with German Hallertau Blanc, American Equinox, and Japanese Sorachi Ace. This cosmopolitan hop combination builds a citrus-tropical beer profile and has hints of fruit and flowers. Sencha Earl Grey tea leaves are added at the end of the fermentation, invigorating our White IPA with a hint of tea and touch of bergamot.

Bottle from trade with dzudohonor. Thanks! Shared with Inoven and TomHendriksen @ home. Quite hazy pale yellow color, average sized white head. Smell and taste wheat, a bit yeasty, somewhat floral and a hint of sweet tea and weird maltiness. Lightly bitter finish. Meh.

Fles gedeeld door Benzai. Bleek gelig, troebel bier met matig schuim. Aroma en smaak is hoppig. Nasmaak is waterig.

Fles gedeeld door Benzai, geprobeerd met Inoven. Het is een oranje geel bier met een volle schuimkraag. Het heeft een hoppige geur. De smaak is zacht zoet fruitig, beetje mango / ananas achtig. Licht hoppige nasmaak.

500 ml bottle. Pours cloudy bright orange withlasing big foamy head. Tropical fruits (mango, passion fruit, grapefruit), bergamotte and other spices, citrus, orange cest. Fruity hoppy bitterness. Milky mouthfeel, soft carbonated, medium bodied. Great IPA with some Gose-typical notes.

Almost clear gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has reasonable fine carbonation. Fluffy malts bring a light sweetness. Light lemony orange. Trace of pith. Light semi dry finish. Quite a recessed IPA but the citrus saves it.

Butelka z datą ważności do 02.07.2018. BARWA: jasne przymglone złoto. PIANA: genialna- biała,obfita,drobno pęcherzykowa, trwała, ładny lacing. AROMAT: intensywny chmielowy - głównie equinox ( nafta, popcorn ,papaja - intensywność dokładnie w tej kolejności) , sorachi zawsze kojarzyłem z kokosem ale nie w tym przypadku jest coś jakby koper ( o którym niektórzy wspominają) , drożdże Grodziskie a czuć jakby nutę fenolową typowo Belgijską ( może bergamotka tak się przemieszała z tym wszystkim i daje taki efekt). W każdym bądź razie aromat specyficzny i ciekawy . SMAK: owoce tropikalne, żywica, herbata, całość kończy goryczka ziołowa z sporą ilością zielonego pieprzu na finiszu. Wysycenie średnie do wysokiego, dość pełne ale pijalne, gładkie. Pozytywne zaskoczenie , nie spodziewałem się tak dobrego piwa za 4,99pln i pojemności 500ml, do tego z takim nowofalowym podejściem, naprawdę ciekawa interpretacja stylu.

Butelka 0.5l (BB 03.06.2018). Złociste, praktycznie klarowne z obfitą, białą pianą. Aromat delikatny, cytrusowy, subtelnie "belgijski" z subtelną nutką zielonej herbaty. W smaku podobnie, nuty cytrusowe, owocowo-fenolowe przeplatają się z zieloną herbata, dając na finiszu odczuciu słodkości z delikatną nutką taniny. Piwo jest przyjemnie orzeźwiające, dobrze gasi pragnienie ale jakoś niczym specjalnie nie urzeka.
