This beer is hard for us to sell, being sorely tempted to drink it all ourselves. The synthesis of German malt, hops, and yeast is awesome and delicious!

Aromas are bread, malt and hints of fruit. Flavors are similar to nose and a bit more sweet than bitter with decent carbonation and body. Good traditional helles.

16oz can from Tavour. Clear golden pour, foamy white head fades away. Grainy, bready aroma, dough. Taste is biscuity before adding a sharp, fruity hoppiness. Light bitter bite lingers.

Can from Tavour. Pours bright gold with a decent creamy white head. Aroma of crackers and grass/spice. Med body. Crisp/clean. Crackery. Well towards dry. Lots of spice in the grass/spice. Tingles a little. This is good stuff.

16 ounce can from Tavour. Honey gold pour. Pillowy white head. Grainy malt aroma. Flavor is grainy malt, lemon zest and grassy hops. Fresh, crisp and clean. Spot on for the style. Prost!

Crispeh! But not addictively so.

On tap at the Green Lady, Chicago. Cloudy golden with white head. Malty, bit bready sweet, vague bitterness. Not bad.

16oz can. Pretzely, bright. Really clean, has a nice true tone. Quite well attenuated, not sweet. Straightforward but subtle and delicious too. Barky, bready, crusty undertones. Steady noble hops. Good.
