Our flagship IPA is an oats-heavy Citra hops tour de force. An exercise in excess with copious amounts of Citra - and Citra hops only - both on the hot side and the dry hop additions and then fermented with an English yeast strain for extra fruitiness. Ready your face hole for a magnum opus of citrus, grapefruit, lime and assorted tropical fruits.

Can @ Home. Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of little malt, grass, rich fruit hops, tropical fruit, mango, citrus. Flavor is sweet, light bitter, malt, grass, rich fruity hops, tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, citrus. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet light bitter finish. Easy drinker. 040520

Can. An unclear yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, hops, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, lemons, melons, straw, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Pours a hazy yellow, with rough foam that completely vanishes in seconds. Smells citrusy. Mouthfeel is light, but not disturbingly so. Taste is a bit old and/or boring, unfortunately. Some fruityness, refreshing citrus, and some subtle bitterness. Bats!

Mjölkigt gulgrumlig med ett ganska risigt skum. Det enda man kan säga om doften är: fruktig, riktigt fruktig. Även smakmässigt är det här en riktig fruktdrink. Lite tallbarr på slutet och en hel del grapefrukt. Låg beska.

Taster, draught at Peders. Unclear yellow-gold body. Stable filmy layer, spotty lacing. Fruity smell of orange, hints of sweaty hops. Mixed hop fruity taste of orange and pineapple backed by wheat. Juicy hops to the ending. Well bodied. Quite alright. (Copenhagen 09.05.2019).

Can 440ml. @ home. [ As Apex Single Hop IPA (Citra) ].Hazy medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light oat, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, frutiy hops, minerals, grass, light pine, celery ? Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, minerals, citrus, grass, pine notes, medium dry, refreshing, light oat.
