Can at home, 24/02/17. Hazed golden orange with a decent off cream cap that retains well. Nose is light pine, bitter orange, light spice, toasted bread, semi dank hop strokes, cantaloupe melon. Taste comprises papaya, shades of Um Bongo, orange pith, candied fruits, grapefruit, toasted grains/ Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with light danko but well executed grassy hop bitterness. Solid crushable IPA.

On tap @Mad for Beer (Rome). Dorata, leggermente torbida, schiuma bianca media. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Buonissima.

Firm and mellow piney citrus hop bitterness. Good IPA.

Can from Trafalgar Wines, Brighton. The aroma is soft, sweet, crazy juicy, mango, apricot, tropical fruits, Um Bungo, brioche, marmalade, light green herbal notes, pine needles and onion. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter - sweet, soft, juicy, apricot, persimmon, mango, candied peel, melon, lemon verbena, grassy, pine needles and brioche with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Great balance and high drinkability. Delicious.

Can. Very hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and minerally crisp. Fluffy malts bring a light creamy sweetness. Good sweetish floral hops, reminds of Motueka. Cooling pine. Mellow hop skunk and traces of lime and tangerine. Light dry finish brings mild hop spice. Good stuff but I felt something was missing to bring it all together and really make it sing.

50cl can split with Antoine and The Kev. canned 30/01/2017.
