Parade is our flagship IPA. It’s the beer that started it all and the modern classic we return to time and time again. For its fourth birthday, we’ve gone BIG, creating a version with double the hops, double the strength and double the fun. Utterly saturated in Citra, Mosaic and Idaho-7 hand selected from individual farms during the latest Yakima Chief Hops harvest for flavours of mango lassi, pineapple turnover and strawberry bubble-gum. Believe it!

Keg at Farmers Boy, St Albans, Herts. A murky golden/orange coloured pour with a healthy white head on top. Sweetish, hoppy, orange, mango, peach, pineapple, tropical fruit taste and aroma. A top quality smooth DIPA from Beak. Lovely stuff.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Fluffy malts, on the thin side with the mouthfeel but delivering a more than adequate creamy sweetness. The level of stone fruits here belies the actual hops used. If you told me this was an Eclipse, Nectaron and HBC586 (Krush) brew, I would not have doubted you. Tangy stone fruits into mild ripe citrus. Light pine and a hint of hop spice on the semi dry finish. Good stuff if deceptive with the hop delivery.
