American dark wheat ale brewed with wheat, Pilsen and honey malts and also a small amount of chocolate rye to make up the grist. Hops are low bitterness varieties including American Cluster and Crystal. The result is a beer with a low bitterness and oodles of toasted malt, caramel and fruit flavours.
