500ml bottle. Poured a clear copper colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is caramel malt, light resin, light citrus fruit, woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet with a smooth, rich, malt, fruity, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Pours a clear coppery amber colour with almost no head. Orange peel and biscuit malt aroma. A dry bitter flavour; some biscuit malt but not a lot to it.

Cask at the Ape and Apple - Manchester. Pours clear, bright gold with a dense, lasting creamy topping. Lightly toasted grains in the nose, some leafy hops, bread. Light sweet flavor with bitter grain husk, orange peel, toasted caramel, leaves, earth. Light bodied with fine carbonation and creamy texture. Finishes with more husky grains, dried toffee, leafy bitterness and lightly toasted bread. A pretty OK bitter.
