Instead of the usual pickle peppers, anchovies, and olives, we’ve threaded Mosaic, Cashmere, Citra, and Ekuanot hops into this IPA.
This Gilda is a hoppy delight with flavors of peach, cantaloupe, red fruits, and a refreshing, slightly bitter citrus finish. It features a blend of malts with barley, oats, and wheat, giving it a smooth mouth feeling.

33cl can dégustée à La Gilda, Estartit. BB 03/2025. Dommage de ne pas mettre cela en valeur, et encore moins que le serveur dise ne pas avoir de craft dispo, alors que la cannette est juste au bar. La bière ayant le même nom que le bar, je pense que c'est la seule raison pour l'avoir au menu, et je crois qu'il leur resait 3 cannettes.
Trouble léger, col blanc crémeux tenace.
Arôme est axé sur le fruité - surtout fruits à noyaux, et tropical, je note aussi un effet plus frais rappelant la fraise.
Palais reste sur une base de haze classique que Basqueland sort de manière continue, à la façon Soma. De ce côté pas de surprise à avoir - bon , mais pas révolutionnaire. Fruits à noyaux, rondeur de bouche avec l'apport de l'avoine. Tropical surfant sur la goyave. Baies rouges sur la fin, framboisier avec un retour de douceur tropicale sur la fin, le tout garde cependant une grosse base de haze. Malgré la date, le tout reste correct.

Tap at Basqueland Brewing in Hernani in the Basque Country. Hazy golden with a small head. Pine is evident in both aroma and taste and easy enough considering its strength, which it doesn't feel.

On tap at Barbeerian, Zagreb. Shared with little Dina. Unclear golden to orange, small but lasting off-white head. Aroma is lightly hoppy, fruity, citrusy, zesty and earthy. Smooth, soft, lightly fruity, tropical, herbal. Creamy, soft, not very juicy. Dry finish, light bitterness.

Canned 330ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Unclear pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, fruity and light grassy nose. Grassy, oaty, fruity and light citrusy with quite strong bitter finish.

En vaso shaker, color amarillo pajizo, túrbia y pálida, corona de espuma blanca bien retenida. Aroma jugoso y afrutado con notas de albaricoque, melón, cantalupo, aloe vera, uva blanca, cítricos. En boca es de cuerpo medio, textura ligeramente sedosa, literalmente una explosión de fruta fresca, cítricos y un toque herbal y resinado, notas de melón, lima, uva blanca, pino, agave, nopal, pera limonera...ligeramente dulce y agradablemente amarga. Muy rica y divertida cerveza

440ml can. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of ripe mango, peach, melon. Taste is tropical, mango, peach, melon, grapefruit, orange, bitter finish. Medium bodied.

Tap at Taphouse, Copenhagen 02 March 2024 Medium sweet fruity aroma and taste with a cross section of tropical and citrus fruity action, citrus peel and light hop spice bite, substantial oat laden malty backing and mouthfeel, solid hoppy finish. Tasty and quaffable.
