A special release for our 5th anniversary, this is our first beer we made using our coolship. It represents the pinnacle of our aspirations and the start of another journey.

A turbid mash schedule was followed by an extended boil and wild inoculation overnight before being transferred to barrels for a lengthy fermentation. Oaky with a pleasing acidity, this beer is unique to our landscape and a sign of things to come.
